A thorough study on air-to-ground warfare. Mechanics and tactics behind strafing. As well as history and exciting battles. Especially with the Republic P-47 Thunderbolt.

William B. Colgan is a veteran of the Army Air Corps who served in World War II and in the Air Force in Korea and Vietnam. Now retired, he lives in Florida.
