Promised in political marriage to a foreign prince, the soon-to-be Princess Carolina Sanchez has finally made it past her tumultuous debut in Malcosias. After her fairy-tale wedding, a romantic summer escape to the domain of Count Kissinger provides a much-needed respite for the new Prince and Princess of Malcosias. But as Carolina settles into her new life, a magical revelation upends everything she believed about herself. Suddenly identified as a font of holy power, she is now seen as the key to resolving the Malcosian succession crisis. Her miraculous healing abilities bring hope to the royal family, but also usher in unforeseen turmoil. How will the discovery of her new powers affect her relationships with Prince Gilbert, Prince Edward, and even with her homeland, the Kingdom of Celestia?

This volume was not as good as volume one. The author creates needless drama between Lina and Ed. First, he has it so Ed won't consummate their marriage on the wedding night and then has his brother try to take Lina away from him. There is no need for these types of drama. Just write a compelling story.
