The daughter of a botanist, Winnifred is practiced in the arts of logic but she does hide some secrets. Maintaining her façade in her wild and treacherous new home is trial enough, but the storm of emotions Sinclair awakens in her might be the one thing she can’t control. This is the fourth book in the series & it could easily be read on its own. It does feature the characters from the earlier books & also Summerset the only remaining bachelor & I can’t wait for him to meet his match. Sin & Winnifred are so well matched both in & out of the bedroom, I loved how their relationship grew & deepened. The book does contain a few sizzling scenes but these are part & parcel of the relationship & illustrates how Winnifred grows & gains confidence & her self esteem. The pace of the book was very good & I was drawn in from the beginning & enthralled until the last page. A story of spies, treason & of course romance – I loved it My honest review is for a special copy I voluntarily read

Great read, great characters, fast moving plot. I took any time I could sneak from the day to read another chapter.
