HERO WORSHIP is the second instalment in Amelia Wilde’s contemporary, adult, KING OF SHADOWS slightly paranormal/ fantasy, dark, erotic romance focusing on former Special Forces soldier turned security specialist Hercules and artist Daisy, with a large ensemble cast of characters from Greek Mythology-a modern day retelling of the gods of Olympus.The premise is entertaining, intriguing and enchanting;the romance is provocative; the characters are familiar yet powerful and dynamic.

I thought Hercules and Daisy's story was epic and yummy. While totally a standalone read, there are a ton of beloved character cameos here if you've read other books by this author. So that means if you are familiar, you're going to be over the moon and if you are a newbie, well, I think you are going to be obsessed with reading Hades, Zues and Poseidon's trilogies. Now, as for this book, I thoroughly enjoyed the captivating and consuming blend of darkness, romance, mythology, and steam, drama.

OMGOSH!! I am absolutely spent after reading this. The emotions that Amelia pulled out of me was all over. This book took me on one up, down and all over ride. Hercules and Daisy’s story had all the feels. These two were born for each other. The twists and turns left me gasping and I just couldn’t put this down. I needed to know what would happen next. I laughed, I cried, and cried some more. There is suspense, action, secrets, truths and sone hot as heck scenes. I can’t wait for the next book.
