Etude Scientifique de l’année 2014 dans le domaine Biologie - Botanique, University of Oran, langue: Français, résumé: Les protéines de réserves de ces quatre génotypes ont été séparées par électrophorèse en SDS-PAGE afin d’identifier les bandes protéiques comme marqueurs de tolérance au stress salin. Au total, 20 bandes protéiques de poids moléculaire allant de 10 à >80 kD ont été enregistré. Parmi ces génotypes, le génotype tolérant Tru 131 représente un maximum de bandes protéiques. Le regroupement (clustering) par UPGMA a révélé une variabilité entre les génotypes étudiés et sont assemblés en trois groupes. La variabilité des profils protéiques suggèrent que les génotypes sélectionnés peuvent être une source d’amélioration des cultures au travers des programmes d’hybridation.
