About this ebook

From growing tails to talking ants, everything is just one big pickle in this fun collection of stories. In a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re going to get next. Every chocolate has its very own surprise and taste, and so does every story in this book.

As wishes come true and uncles go cuckoo; snowy white clouds make everything misty and unclear. The gift of a king, the valour of a girl, the beauty of friendship, a golden drop of happiness – all these would play out in front of your eyes as you flip through the pages. The wrappers of a sweet gift would come undone, once you open this beautiful present… The question is, are you ready to be surprised and savour the different flavours, each one as delightful as the next?

Loved this Book !!! I am a vivid reader, but I have not made any attempts to write a review for any of the books that I read. But when I start writing this review I realize how difficult it is to write a story. I am really surprised to see a story book, from a girl of almost my age (I’m 9 yrs.). I don’t know much about Dr Kiran Bedi, but my dad told me her. Usually I skip the forward section and jump directly into the book but I read this time after my dad insisted. Inspirational Forward by Dr Bedi. I started reading the book and it drew my attention immediately, finished the whole book in one reading. But I had to read again and again to write a review, this again proves writing is not easy. The author seems to have a rich flow of imagination and she has very well brought out the story basic ignorance we normally do with ants and bees and birds, the way nature is appreciated and talking about birds, ants and sparrow really exceptional. Each story is different and each story is special. My Desk is always messy, and I hope to have some conversations with Cheeni , in the imaginary world. A Tail of Laddoos : Me and little sister Mitra do the same way. I loved the humor in the story Mango Pickle. To be honest, I don’t see this book written by a 10yr old. I see the same maturity as any other authors that I read usually. Looking forward to read more books from Ananya! All the best!!! MIHIR
