Noir with brains, brawn, and heart. If you can handle the hard boiled truth, can appreciate the staccato, machine gun, prose of Andrew Vachss brought to life with the forum of a graphic novel, this is for you! Stories bathed in darkness, always dead on, as if Vahss and the artist experienced some rare artistic symbiosis. A hard look indeed, but don't blink! Recommended. To the nth!
