Verity puts her ghost hunter skills to good use, trying to solve the mystery of a local woman's death, while also dealing with Virginia and her many secrets. Frankie's antics get even more out of control in this story, in a hilarious way. Verity handles him pretty well, much better than I would, for sure. This series is always a lot of fun, and a joy to read!

"Give Up the Ghost" by Angie Fox is another of the wild ride Southern Ghost Hunter books. This one revolves around a decades old blackmail ledger book that may have gotten the blackmailer's daughter killed. But Verity, Ellis, Frankie the gangster Ghost and Verity's pet skunk Lucy will work to solve the murder mystery.

Oh how I love Angie Fox and her Sugarland crew. I love how the series has progressed and definitely recommend reading it in order, but to each their own. I am pumped that Frankie found out the way to break his link...I'm not sure that he's capable of doing what he needs to, or really truly wants to at this point, but at least we're not still hanging. And I must say that this is definitely my favorite book since karma is a B! Loved it can't wait for more!
