About this ebook

From the author of Christ Walk comes an empowering Bible-based guide specially designed to help readers cultivate a daily physical and spiritual fitness routine over a 40-day period.

In this inspiring guide, wellness expert Anna Fitch Courie explores forty biblical journeys and how they can help us improve our physical and spiritual wellbeing. From Israel’s trek to the Promised Land to the Holy Family’s flight into Egypt to Paul’s missionary trips throughout Rome, this book takes readers on an adventure through scripture, encouraging them to journey on foot like their biblical forebears and to contemplate the power of faith as they make their own journeys. Each chapter offers a thought-provoking passage from scripture, a spiritual lesson readers can draw from it, and actions steps they can take to incorporate physical activity into their daily life. Meant to be consumed over 40 days—an ideal time period to establish a healthy, new habit—Walking with God promises to help readers start an invigorating fitness routine that will enrich not only their body but also their soul.
