What a great way to end this series! I don't think I'm ready to let go of the Blackwell brothers but I have to - sniff, sniff!!!! This book was Chance's story but it also wrapped up the overarching "main" story of the grandfather being gone and the trouble that caused for all 5 Blackwell brothers. Through all the other books, we've heard about Chance but I loved learning more about him. He was the only one married but we learn that his wife died from a disease and he has a darling young daughter. He had run away years before and eloped because of bad blood on the ranch with his father-in-law. We learned all this in previous books. He hadn't been back since. I really enjoyed his darling daughter, Rosie! She stole the show! He was married to Katie Montgomery's sister. Katie has been the ranch's "foreman" for years but in name only. She wants it to become permanent! She loves being with her niece, Rosie, again but she's having these weird feelings about Chance....what the heck?? There is so much going on in this book but it's all great! Lots of brother rivalry but really brotherly love. This is an emotional book but so, so good! I recommend it!

This the fifth and final book in this multi author series. I think they saved the best for last. I will say have tissues handy because by the end of the is one you will be bawling. The tears flowing for me while reading this one. There is so much emotion pouring out of the characters. There are also really happy and funny moments. Chance's little girl Rosie is adorable. I loved the scenes with Rosie and Chance. Such heart melting moments. This book was a beautiful way to wrap this series up and questions get answered.

"The Rancher's Homecoming" (Return of the Blackwell Brothers Book 5) by Anna J. Stewart is a great read. I loved Chance, Katie, and Rosie's story. This story wrapped up this series about the Blackwell Brothers. I sincerely hope this isn't the last we'll hear of the Blackwell family, I'd love to read more about them all. This story is packed with cowboys, romance, family, drama, humor, second chances, and more. I highly recommend to all fans of romance, cowboys, family, and series.
