About this ebook

On Perfect Harmony, the ambitious competitors heat things up on stage and off...

Cody Rivers is determined to be a rock star, but couch-surfing between bar shows gets old fast. Joining an a cappella group for a new singing competition show could be his last chance at real fame—unless the college boy from the heart of the country messes it up for him. Lucas Norwood is everything gothy, glittery Cody is not—conservative, clean-cut, and virginal. But when a twist in the show forces them together, even the sweetest songs get steamy as the attraction between them lights up the stage. Lucas wants to take it slow, but Cody’s singing a different tune—and this time it may be a love song...

Cody and Lucas = hot! Two things I love – a capella singing and MM romance – together in this wonderful book by Annabeth Albert. Cody wants to be a singing star more than anything but a capella isn’t where he sees himself. Lucas is one of the straightest out of the closet guys that Cody has ever met. The two are thrown together during a TV singing competition and they couldn’t be more different. Cody is flamboyant; Lucas is ultra conservative. Cody had a not-so-great childhood and his grandmother threw him out when he came out to her. Lucas’s parents were supportive when he came out and even helped set up a gay/straight alliance at the conservative college he attends. Because this is a gay romance you know the sparks are gonna fly between Cody and Lucas but you have to read the story for yourself to understand how they come together. There are a lot of ups and downs in their relationship – and boy is the sexy time HOT!! Ms. Albert’s writing is flows smoothly and is wonderfully descriptive; I can’t wait to read more of her books.
