About this ebook

Follow New York Times bestselling author Anne Bishop to a “stunningly original”(Kirkus Reviews) world of magic and political unrest—where the only chance at peace requires a deadly price—in the third Novel of the Others.

The Others freed the blood prophets to protect them from exploitation, but their actions had dire consequences. Now the fragile seers are in greater danger than ever before. In desperate need of answers, Simon Wolfgard, a shape-shifter leader among the Others, has no choice but to enlist blood prophet Meg Corbyn’s help, regardless of the risks she faces by aiding him.

Meg knows each slice of her blade tempts death. But Others and humans alike need answers, and her visions may be Simon’s only hope of ending the conflict.

For the shadows of war are deepening across the Atlantik, and the battle is threatening to break right on Meg and Simon’s doorstep...

My wish ... Owning one hardcover book of each title written by this amazingly talented author. The moment the stories begin, it's as if she's simply waiting for you to take her hand ... and as the character/storyline intros begin, she guides you to the edges of the Real World. When you let go of her hand and you take that first step...you instantly and easily become immersed within this funtastically wondrous New World. You laugh, cry, cheer, fear and hope right along with the characters. Thank you!

Just finished reading this book as always just too darn short could have read 200 more pages and still would have wanted more. Great book to me and she keeps the story flowing. Wish I had waited a year to read so I would have an other one waiting for me

These books make you bipolar. From sad, to angry to overjoyed and happy. This one seems to focus more on the main guy than the girl and you are introduced to more characters. You don't know whether humans are adorable or stupid.
