About this ebook

"The eagle pinion is chained down at last". The lines have been spoken by Toru Dutt in her poem "To India- My native Land". Similar is the idea narrated by Ansh Sisodia in this poem titled "Kaid Bharat". Mentioning the country in imprisonment in no way aims to hurt the sentiments of countrymen but by saying this, the poet wants to acquaint the entirety as to why the poet thinks the country is imprisoned. The poet wrote this poem at the age of 18. This, singing the glories of India's past and acquainting the mass about the pains the country is going through is definitely going to touch your hearts.
