Ok so, the series does progress a lot more in the second book. We finally get some action going on. I’m sorry but I still can’t stand Rose. I love Neeve, Kian, and Thorne enough to remain invested in the storyline. Overall the story is good and flows well. I liked it much better than the first book. The world building is great and I’m glad to have experienced the journey into Elfham. I look forward to the next book.
