The writing went from being written for a child's humor to taking significant leaps torwards expanding the Dead Space Universe, but never actually expanded on anything important. The visual style was interesting and honestly seemed to fit, but there was points where the art got so murky and muddled together you couldn't really tell what you were looking at. It was and interesting idea, but by the time it started and the time it ended you got no where on any lore, expanded nothing.

Why does it say that it's published Jan. first 1904...? Dead Space wasn't even a concept then😐

Amazing book an excellent primer before the games became a popular subject and if you have played the games the book continues the same dark and foreboding tone throughout the storyline making it an excellent companion to them lore provided in game. Overall a great read
