Anup Robins is currently working as a HR-Business Partner in one of the biggest IT Service Firms in India. He holds a PGDM from T.A. Pai management Institute, Manipal and a BE from Lakshmi Narain College of Technology, Bhopal. He has been supporting one of the leading accounts within his organization handling almost all the aspects the employee lifecycle including onboarding, employee engagement, grievance management, performance management and employee development. He has won a number of awards including the best Business Enabler Award and the award for the best Ideator. He also has been a part of a number of recruitment drives. His other interests include writing, music and playing chess and cricket. He has written a number of articles and essays and has also won awards for the same.Â
Kumar Vivek is currently working as Senior Analyst in a global IT services giant. He holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from West Bengal University of Technology. He has a diverse experience of working across several IT Service Organizations in various domains. Strongly associated with technology, he has seen and lived the all the major aspects of a typical software development lifecycle. Besides professional experience he also had a stint in academics and career counselling. In his spare time he is an avid gamer and computer enthusiast who follows the IT industry closely.
Shivakumar Ramanan is a Management Graduate from XIME, Bangalore and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad. Shivakumar has been working as a Business Consultant for Financial services vertical of a leading IT services company in India. During his stint as a business consultant he has been part of many strategic IT business transformation initiatives and consulting assignments of Fortune 500 Clients. Through extensive reading he closely follows and tracks the changes that shape the future of IT industry. When he’s not at work he enjoys travelling to new places and trekking."
