Apocalypse…Whenever looks at just some of the ways our world and our lives might come to an end, all from the safe space of knowing it just hasn't happened…yet.
Ken Mooney travels from the dinosaurs of the distant past to the future of an exploding sun, visiting AIDS to zombies, with some stops for whacky weather, divine destruction and villainous viruses. Not to mention the horrible humans determined to destroy us all.
Be scared. Be amused. And be prepared!

Ken Mooney was born in Dublin, Ireland and still lives there. From an early age, he wanted to be an author or a writer, going all the way back to when he would write continuations of his favourite TV shows, films and comics: it’s too embarrassing to discuss the contents here and now.
(I WAS ABOUT 8 AND HAD NO IDEA WHAT FAN-FICTION WAS, OKAY?!)
Ken attended Trinity College Dublin where he studied English, furthering his love of genre fiction and the act of storytelling.
He has contributed to print and digital media with a focus on entertainment and media, with his first byline in the Trinity News with a review of The Killers’ first gig in Dublin November 2004. He has contributed to other websites and publications that don’t exist any more, and then ran the entertainment-review website BurnAllZombies.com. He moved to work in broadcast advertising in 2011 and used that as an opportunity to stop reviewing and work on his own narratives.
A variety of desk jobs have helped to pay the bills, but Ken was usually found tapping away at a keyboard in some way. When not writing or working, he can usually be found reading all sorts (far less than he’d like to), playing video games, watching TV or movies…and then arguing over their literary merit (or lack thereof), some of which you might find in his Blog.
