About this ebook

"A quick and adorable read." —RavenBookstore manager Mira has a super cute new neighbor. Too bad his first impression of her was as a babbling spaz. But Mira has plenty to keep her distracted in putting together one of her favorite events of the year: the store's upcoming Whedon Night.

Jordan is new in town, and already he's sick of his empty apartment and lonely takeout dinners. His new neighbor might be a little weird, but her company would still be better than another night alone. Probably.

The Whedonite is a sweet short story of geeky love.

Whedonite is a cute humorous novella about neighbors who fall in love. Mira is quirky, kind, and seems to say awkward things around Jordan, her neighbor. She has this obsession with Joss Whedon, a writer, producer, and director of shows such as Buffy, Firefly, etc. Jordan is the hot neighbor who is new to town and is a bit lonely as he tries to navigate his new hometown. I really liked the two characters as well as Mira’s friends. This is a pretty fast paced book. While fun and enjoyable, it felt a little rushed (yes, I get it is a novella and not a full length book) so I would have liked a few more chapters. I received this book from Booksprout and I voluntarily leave this review.
