About this ebook

When was the last time a poem impressed you? High school? Not even then I suppose. Well, this is because of how poetry is put across to our minds. The story might be so beautiful, but the way it is being conveyed, not quite so.
To me a poem is a piece of art and like every good piece of art, it should be appreciated not only by the artist, but by everyone who surrounds the artist as well.
This book contains 15 poems that can be read over a nice hot cup of coffee. They talk about the simplest of things in the most elegant and “poetic” way possible. These poems are open to interpretation and I have mainly just explained my motive behind them and not the summary exactly.
I assure you, you will find them relatable and some of them, quite personal. Enjoy.

About the author

Arnaov Diwan is a student who is currently in grade 12 in the Royale Concorde International School, Bangalore. This 17-year-old developed an interest in poetry in the 10th grade and is on the road to mastering it. Making his first steps through this new book, he shows us a glimpse of what he is capable of and what can be expected of him in the future as well. Science being his passion other than poetry, he says this is just the beginning of a long journey. The poems in his book are mainly based on very general and obvious topics or instances but he says, it’s the way he puts across such an action, that makes it look so grand. Kudos to him and his lovely path ahead.
