Câinele din Baskerville (în engleză The Hound of the Baskervilles) este unul dintre cele patru romane polițiste scrise de Sir Arthur Conan Doyle și avându-l în rolul principal pe detectivul Sherlock Holmes. El a fost publicat inițial sub formă de serial în revista Strand Magazine în perioada august 1901 - aprilie 1902, apoi într-un volum editat de George Newnes Ltd din Anglia, în anul 1902. Ilustrațiile au fost realizate de Sidney Paget, care ilustrase și povestirile din precedentele două volume ale lui Conan Doyle. Acțiunea romanului se petrece în mare parte în regiunea Mlaștinilor Dartmoor din comitatul Devon (aflat în partea de vest a Angliei). Cartea are ca subiect o încercare de asasinat inspirată de legenda unui înspăimântător câine diabolic.
