About the author
Artigua Kilpatrick loves to write and learned at an early age just how wild her imagination could be. Born and raised in Wakulla County, just outside of Tallahassee, Florida, Artigua was also involved in sports. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Saint Leo University. The Lonely Warthog is her third book for children.
Alli Kappen graduated with honors from the University of California Santa Barbara in Fine Art. When not illustrating, she spends her free time painting, gardening, and adventuring at the beach with her husband and two rescued dogs.
