Praising God has played a very important role in my life and ministry. For every challenge and need which I face in my life , I praise God and I have seen if I praise God for one topic for 10 hours then things turn. God takes control of things in my life as soon as I start praising Him. Amplified Bible says 1 Thessalonians 5:18 "Thank [God] in everything [no matter what the circumstances may be, be thankful and give thanks], for this is the will of God for you [who are] in Christ Jesus [the Revealer and Mediator of that will]."

God specially put on my heart to write this book which is 7 hours Praise,  which we are doing for 3 days. The main purpose of the book is to Praise the Most High God. There are 12 praises per hour and each Praise should be given for 5 minutes. And Each day there are 252 praises. 

You can divide the days and hours mentioned in this book according to your convenience. I pray that many will see the power of God as they start praying and praising aloud these promises of God. God bless!

Arvind Ephraim is the founder of the Healing Power Ministry in the United States of America. He is also the associate pastor of The Refuge Mission Church, Texas, USA. He travels to many places in the world to train, teach, and equip the leaders in the church to know the destiny of God.

Prayer is the core of Pastor Ephraim’s life. He conducts prayer crusades, where many leaders from around the world gather and spend time in prayer seeking the Lord for days. He also leads an online discipleship school where many young leaders are disciplined and taught about ministry and finding their destiny from God.
