You ever read a book that feels like it's speaking directly to you? Because this was it for me. I came for Pye saying, "I swear, get an orgasm in you, and you forget how this works." But I really fell in love with him saying, "You're allowed to be a fully-realised person who likes what she likes and is what she is." They are a beautifully complex character and a master of pining. And I loved seeing Avirin come into her own and accept herself piece by piece. There is so much about this book that is cute and full of sexual and romantic tension, which is built masterfully, without compromising on the characters goals and personalities. But there is also a lot of real connection and understanding between Pye and Avirin, and moments of tenderness that made my heart ache. For any queer and/or neurodivergent people coming across this review: pick up the book. Open it. Read it. After you're done, make sure you go back to the dedication and read it a few times. Yours, Insatiably is an incredible read which provides delicious detail into the lives and emotions of Pye and Avirin both! You will want to make sure you have a fan going, or else burn in the heat they both stir up! Equal parts erotic, humorous, and tender — Yours, Insatiably is impossible to put down! Aveda Vice doesn't hold back (and neither will Pye, so long as there's consent to move forward, and there's nothing sexier than consent)! Pick up Yours, Insatiably and get swept off your feet! And be ready to be hungry for more! Also: The epilogue is absolutely perfect! There truly could be no better ending to wrap things up!! Unique, Utterly and Completely This story continues where ‘Feed’ - while reading ‘Feed’ isn’t necessary for enjoying ‘Yours, Insatiably’, why would you deny yourself additional Aveda Vice goodness? I loved how this story feels so very different and unique from other books out there, there’s a crystalline beauty to their monstrousness and their intimacies. I’m so glad Pye and Avi got a full length story (with a sneaky cameo by Harbinger and Flint from ‘Skin’) - their complex relationship is so visceral and wonderful, and such a delight to read.
