About this ebook

The bell that holds power over death has been lost. The race to find it has begun, and our world hangs in the balance.

Caroline and Owen search for the bell across the land of the living. Ben Dejooli, now known as the Walker, searches the land of the dead. Their mission is to protect the bell and keep it secret. Others seek the bell as well, but they have different plans... plans that could disrupt the careful balance between life and death that has stood since the beginning of time.

When a young boy finds the bell out in the plains of Texas, he quickly becomes the target of a showdown between the lands of the living and the dead, and those that want to rule over both.

This second book is interesting, but gets bogged down in places. There were lots of twists, turns and I really hoped it would be as exciting as the first book of the series. It's not a book I'd read a second time. I'm wondering if the next book will be more like the first book. I'm not sure if I would purchase it or check it out of the library first.

Fast-paced action and imagery. A satisfying sequel to book one. What happens next? I'm ready!

I liked the book the only thing I didn't like was how it ended and there isn't a 3rd book out or at least that I can download
