Fasten your seat belts and get ready for another fantastic series from BJ Daniels! This one looks like it's going to be another great mix of romance, suspense, great characters and multiple story lines! I really couldn't put this book down. I went away for a weekend with my husband and I read this book in nothing flat! I just kept thinking...."one more chapter..." BJ knows how to hook the reader, that's for sure! This new series is about the Cahill family in Gilt Edge, Montana and the first book is about Lillie, one of the siblings but we get introduced to the rest of the family so I'm excited to read about the rest of the siblings in other books. Lillie's one true love, Trask Beaumont, was accused of murder 9 years ago and he left town to avoid murder chargers and broke Lillie's heart. However, he secretly returns one night and tells Lillie he's come back to clear his name and win her back. Lillie has never gotten over Trask either so she decides to help him but as you can guess, it's no easy ride finding out who the real murderer is! The sheriff is Lillie's older brother and he'll arrest Trask as soon as he sees him! Not only is this going on but there are always multiple stories going on in BJ's books which makes them so interesting! Lillie's father is positive he's been abducted by aliens, there's a missing woman in town that is occupying much of the sheriff's time and the sheriff's ex-wife is also a piece of work! Tune in and pick up this book! You'll be glad you did! It's a great ride!
