About this ebook

What the hell did Kristian Hunter PI, do in his past to deserve so much crap all at once? The death of his only son, the incarceration of his wife in a mental institution pending charges of alleged infanticide, and his subsequent dismissal from the police would have broken a lesser man. Then he witnesses a baby thrown out of a ten-story hotel window and he'll need every last ounce of spirit and determination as he's propelled into the desperate and dangerous world of people trafficking where murder, kidnapping and mayhem are commonplace.

About the author

From a family background steeped in law enforcement and military history, Barrie Kibble followed the tradition and served as a British soldier and police officer. During the course of his duty, he survived three near-death experiences—the last occasion was prior to leaving the Police Force when he walked unscathed from a devastating IRA bomb. Joining the business sector, he became a marketing manager for a well-known computer firm, and then a buyer for American, Swiss and British companies. His ruling passion has always been for the written word and of sharing that zeal with those who love to be gripped by a damn good story.
