This is now the third book and I kept waiting for Cora to be understanding and not obnoxious. But nope, it ends with her still being obnoxious. Still referring to them as monsters and murderers. Even though it's been explained that there is no alternative aside from bonding with a human and making them something more. It's just so obnoxious her judgement like they have a choice. But no sign that she's a vegan. I won't continue this series.

Cora Shaw doesn’t have long left to live and she’ll have to choose whether to take part in an experimental procedure by the strange, compelling Mr. Thorne. Cancer victim Cora is given life with a vampires bite. She than has to become his consort against her better judgement but she has no choice. Good read but too short.
