About this eBook

 A Loup Garou World Novel

Gina, a natural-born slayer with a little something special, has been looking for love in all the wrong places. She’s not holding out for Prince Charming and for some strange reason, she can’t stop having feelings she shouldn’t for a man she considers just a friend. Sure, he’s hot, but he’s an alpha male shifter. Shifters and slayers don’t mix. It’s just the way of it. Plus, he’s been friend zoned.

Detective Jay Gonzales is so in love with the spitfire redheaded slayer he can’t see straight. She keeps him at arm’s length and he can’t blame her. He’s got a history as a ladies’ man and he’s not what her slayer buddies would consider a catch. He doesn’t care. She means something to him, and this alpha wolf shifter isn’t about to take no for an answer, especially since he’s sure she’s his mate. Breaking the news to his pack, and keeping her safe from a rising dark threat in the city, are just two more obstacles he has to overcome to make Gina his forever.

This book was excellent! We waited a while after the first installment in this series, Loup Garou, but I was definitely not disappointed. We met Jayson and Regina in the first book and knew that they would be explosive, and we judged correctly. The best parts of this story weren’t just the romance between these two, but the outlying stories about Gina’s family and history. I can’t wait to see who gets their story next.

Loved this book. Love how Gina was a strong woman and scared the alpha's around her. Loved how Jay gave her time to come to terms with who they were to each other. Love how Romeo was Jay's "mood ring". My favorite part was when Romeo gave the women ice cream when they were upset and Lindsey and Myra went to Gina's side.

In this novella you will find Mandy has not faulted, it has you gripped from the very first page, You have old friends joining the journey and some new characters to fall in love with, as all of Mandy's books it's filled with her fantastic humour from the get go. Got some great kick ass fighting scenes, and full of sexual innuendo's from both main characters. I will give you a warning now that there is a sexual encounter, but only the one, and if you can cope with that, then your gonna love this novella. The best thing about this story, it leaves you wanting more from this world, and i can't wait to read either Myra, Remeo or even Shaw's story. Five star plus.

Mandy M. Roth grew up fascinated by creatures that go bump in the night. From the very beginning, she showed signs of creativity--writing, painting, telling scary stories that left her little brother afraid to come out from under his bed. Combining her creativity with her passion for the paranormal has left her banging on the keyboard into the wee hours of the night.

She's a self-proclaimed Goonie, loves 80s music and movies and wishes leg warmers would come back into fashion. She also thinks the movie The Breakfast Club should be mandatory viewing for... okay, everyone. When she's not dancing around her office to the sounds of the 80s or writing books she can be found designing book covers for NY publishers, small press and indie authors.
