In July 2004, four years before his presidency, Barack Obama electrified the Democratic National Convention with an address that spoke to Americans across the political spectrum. Fantastic! I really enjoyed reading this book. It gives terrific insight into where Obama is coming from, where he would like to see America go and how we might get there with policies that he believes should appeal to every American. It also gives a good summary of why it matters with glimpses into his own home life. I highly recommend this book--especially if you are a conservative willing to keep an open mind and even if you don't agree with the premise that the policies can have generic appeal.

nothing like writing long tedious books about bragging. this man did not help the American people, especially the minority. all I can say is I can't believe that America was ignorant enough to elect him for two terms.

Obama yet again painting himself as a good guy, you don't have me fooled. Obama is all about communism under the guise of love and equality. Don't waste your money on communist propaganda
