Lawrence Trivieri is a veteran of forty-two years of full-time teaching over a period of forty-eight years, having taught at Syracuse University, the State University of New York, and DeKalb College in Georgia. For the past three years, he has been an adjunct professor at Georgia Perimeter College (formerly DeKalb College) in Georgia. He holds BA and MA degrees in mathematics and is ABD, all from Syracuse University. He is the author of eleven mathematics texts and four extensive instructor resource manuals. A native of Upstate New York, he has resided in Georgia for the past sixteen years. He is a retired colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves. He enjoys reading, walking, dining out, and traveling with his wife.
