Right on to necessary SQL coding without going into the details of theories and other stuff. I needed a quick introduction to SQL and now I feel confident I can read advance database books if needed.

I failed the intro to database class at the local community college because I could not wrap my head around sql. This book is what im using to study for when I retake it in the fall

Easy to read, lots of setup information to enable you to prepare your data and tools, logical progression with sufficient examples for practicing the theory.
