Ava gets her Jesse back but with more twists and turns than even before. Jesse won't come clean about his past for fear of losing the best thing he's ever had and he tramples Ava and anyone else that tries to keep her from him.Ava goes to extremes for Jesse but keeps getting sucker punched by Jesse's past and present day dealings.

I have read some of these comments on here saying this trilogy is better than the Fifty Shades of Grey. I agree that these books were a awesome read but in a different way! Not going to be a spoiler so you will have to read them yourselves!

I still don't know how I feel about book 2. I have laughed & cried, screamed & cursed, at both . Toward the 3rd of the book it eased up a little so I was able to enjoy it again. I'm convinced that Eva is crazy stupid for letting him tell her how to act, how to dress, where she can & can't go. It was mental abuse, with a side of physical abuse added. I'm still not sure if I'll recommend this book.
