This is a collection of wise sayings. Franklin hoped to pass along his experiences so others could benefit from his wisdom. One of his most famous sayings, often erroneously attributed to the Bible, is: God helps those who help themselves. Other famous quotes include: Little strokes fell great oaks, and my favorite, Many hands make light the work.

I'm sure he'd delight in the idea of his books being read electronically but for some reason feel it necessary to be in print on paper.

Short but awesome read, full of important lessons presented in concise, comprehensible and humorous ways. Thank you, Mr. Franklin, for bequeathing this here piece, among others, to posterity; and thank you, Google, for making these accessible.
