About the author
Bernd Groot Wilken, nach mehrjähriger Tätigkeit als Erzieher und einem erziehungswissenschaftlichen Studium, arbeitete er als wissenschaftlicher Angestellter bei der PädQUIS GmbH. Seit 2007 ist er wissenschaftlicher Referent für Evaluation im Ministerium für Schule und Weiterbildung in NRW.
