Bhagirath Parihar hails from Rawatbhta, a city of atomic reactors, near Kota, Rajasthan. He is a graduate in law and post-graduate in Political science and Economics. He has been practicing lawyer for ten years. He is a mini story writer of repute. He writes stories in Hindi language. He is one of the mentor of mini stories. He edited a book of mini stories called 'Gufaon se maidan ki or' which has the credit of first such book in Hindi. There are many edited books in his name.
