À propos de l'auteur

Robert Elegant has many years of experience as a foreign correspondent in South Asia. He was Hong Kong Bureau Chief for both the Los Angeles Times and Newsweek, then worked independently. Now a writer of both nonfiction and fiction, Mr. Elegant has penned seven nonfiction books on Asia in addition to eight novels, including his best-selling series, China and the West. He has lectured on journalism at the University of North Carolina and Boston University. He lives with his wife in Italy and has two grown children.
