About this eBook

They saved the Galactic Commonwealth once. For free.

Apparently it’s a thing they do now…

The crew of the Ghost has been privateering for the Harrith government. You know, the one they saved from civil war.

It’s fun; stop pirates, smugglers and the like, and take their loot.

But nothing lasts forever. There’s a bounty on their heads after all.

A call from an old friend has them leave the safety of the Harrith system.

No good deed, and all that. Now they’re in the middle of it, again, can they survive?

At least it’s not a galactic conspiracy this time! There are, however; laughs, tears, and the first-ever Taco Tuesday in space!

Space Tacos?

Can Wil and the crew save the day one more time? There’s only one way to find out, get your copy today!

After mentioning in my review of the first book it's kinda based off FarScape, in this second one we find elements from Alien Covenant (suit drones) and The Matrix ("mechano-squid"). And I must say I enjoy this mixture! If you imagine some of your favourite movies having proginy, this would quite be it :)

A group not so bad space privateers led by the lone human free in space & the galactic sized mayham the become enmeshed within. Well written, holds your attention while you cheer on the underdog hero's as they manage to save the day against the worst of odds. I have pre-ordered the 3rd of this series already, I liked it that much!

Making my way thru this author's series. The first book I was refreshed by not being smacked in the face right & left by typos or words omitted from sentences. This one is not as perfect but still much better than a lot I've read. Another reviewer complained in the first book of his alien creatures not being described well enough. I agreed but wasn't as bothered by it but it has begun to bother me more. A hacker alien, a major character is only described as small and green, a major character couple you round about find out are blue and even more round aboutly may have long toes, how long you say? Who knows. The protagonist is asked how he picks things up with such short toes. That's it. Other times an alien race is given a name, it is made clear its not apparent of the creatures gender but again no description. These things leaves the reader with amorphous blobs floating about in the minds eye as it tries to build the universe these beings live in. Give a reader warts & all aliens!

About the author

The first story I ever wrote and had published anywhere was a harrowing tale of beloved comic strip favorite, Ziggy, saving the Seattle Space Needle. I was about 11, copyright wasn't a thing I knew about back then.

I've always loved writing, and it has always been a part of my life even when it wasn't a focus. At one of my last full-time jobs, a colleague and I often treated the office to Donuts on Fridays and the random but frequent "Nacho Tuesday." The announcement emails that I sent out were my creative outlet. By the time I left the company the mailing list for "The Krispy Emails" (we usually got Krispy Kreme donuts) was huge and mostly made up of coworkers that had no interest in donuts or nachos, but just enjoyed reading the stories that announced yummy treats a few cubicles away.

I couldn't do this without my loving wife, Nicole.
