Lily Rae is on holiday in El Paso, Texas, when she’s kidnapped by a Mexican drug cartel. Don Easton is a former undercover operative who was sent to El Paso, where his investigation then took him into Juarez. Birds of a Feather is Easton’s sixth Jack Taggart Mystery, following Loose Ends, Above Ground, Angel in the Full Moon, Samurai Code, and Dead Ends.
