I don't think this 'writer' understands comic books by the way this reads, reads like a political activist doing a hack job, if you hate pale people you'll love it but hate doesn't beat hate it breeds it, sad and insulting.

I really enjoyed it. At first it was hard to follow because of the various changes, but then it started to make sense. I really appreciate the bonus comic in with the first appearance of Black Panther in the Fantastic Four.

Ta-Nehisi Coates was new to writing comic books at this point, and it showed. Whatever he lacked in understanding of the medium was made up for by excellent science fiction writing. Like the old SciFi channel ads used to say, what marks great science fiction is the "What if?" question. Coates gives your brain plenty of big ideas to chew on long after you've put the book down, and that's exactly what great SciFi stories should do. If you loved the movie, Coates was definitely an influence.
