Paulene Turner is an Australian writer of novels, short stories and short plays. She is the author of the 6-book YA series, The Time Travel Chronicles. Black Tides is the fourth book in the series with two more coming to complete the epic adventure in 2024.
Her short stories have appeared in anthologies and magazines in the US, UK and Australia. As well as writing short plays, she also directs them for Short and Sweet, Sydney.
She has worked as a journalist in Sydney and London.
She lives in Sydney with her twin daughters and twin pugs.
