Forty-four-year-old Colonel Tim Delaney is about to retire from the U.S. Army after five wars and twenty-six years of service. William J. Dahms served as an Army intelligence officer during the Vietnam War. He later pursued a career as an investment banker with assignments in New York and London. A New York City native, Dahms now lives in southwest Florida.
