Emma Wright is a speaker, writer and body-confidence parenting coach redefining the meaning of 'healthy' in a weight-obsessed world. As an eating disorder survivor and a parent, she wanted her kids to relate to their bodies in a way that she didn't. Diving into the research, she discovered the surprising truth about weight and unrestricted diets, and through her speaking events and courses, she has coached hundreds of parents in Aotearoa and around the world to nurture their kids towards healthier relationships with food and their bodies.
