Ying Chang Compestine is an authority on Asian cuisine and award-winning author of children's books. She is the author of children's picture books The Story of Chopsticks, Noodles, Paper, and Kites. She has been featured on TV, radio, and in The New York Times, Washington Post, and Huffington Post.
