Ying Chang Compestine is an authority on Asian cuisine and award-winning author of children's books. She is the author of children's picture books The Story of Chopsticks, Noodles, Paper, and Kites. James Yamasaki is an illustrator who creates art for websites, textbooks, magazines, and children’s books.
