About the author

Brandon Lee is a native of Oakland, California. He served as a faculty member and administrator at Oregon State University, the University of Delaware, Portland Community College and the University of Mexico (UAEH).

He brings a global perspective to his work after living and studying abroad in Spain, Cuba, Mexico and Japan. In Oakland, Brandon worked to fund the Citizens Police Review Board, volunteered as the Legal Redress Committee Chairman for NAACP Corvallis and was a member of the governor appointed Law Enforcement Data Collection and Policy Review Committee.
