I love Brandy River's work in general. But this is the first contemporary novel of hers that I have read, and I loved every minute of it. She is a very fast paced writer and doesn't waste your time with superfluous details. She really brings the character to life. So much though that you get really mad at both characters at different points. She keeps you on the edge of your seat throughout the book. I couldn't put it down.

I am used to reading PNR from Brandy L Rivers, although I have read one other contemporary romance that she co-wrote. I love her PNR, especially her Others of Edenton series. That being said, this may be one of my favorite books by her. It included all the elements I love in a book. Intrigue, suspense, an epic love story, and most importantly, an HEA!!! The characters are well-written, the story line interesting. It is a book that I would gladly recommend to friends!!!
