All the girls at school already have best friends, so Biddy plans to find a friend outside of school. Her plan is to head to the park on Friday with her Frisbee and see what transpires... But Mum is ‘expecting again’, and is too tired to take Biddy to the park. So Biddy accuses her mum of not wanting Biddy to have a friend, and then yells at her. When Biddy is sent straight to her room to think things through for ten minutes, it is the start of a whole string of consequences that get more and disastrous as the day wears on. The next day is even worse... especially as the imp does her best to keep Biddy for herself.
