Les politiques nationales, aidées par les organisations internationales, ne sont pas à la mesure des migrations et des catastrophes annoncées, qui franchissent les frontières. En parallèle au statut de réfugié politique, il faudrait créer un statut de réfugié climatique, pour que ce migrant retrouve du bien-être et s'intègre au nouvel environnement qui a permis son arrivée.
