However, there is hope. One of the clans of the Itreans has reached out to the human race. They want peace. If it is true, then the humans must seek it out at whatever cost. An old warship is prepped. Its crews understand that this is a possible suicide mission, and an ambassador must figure out why the aliens want to have peaceful relations.
