About the author

I started my career as a firefighter and paramedic before being promoted to Lieutenant. During that time, I witnessed the unbelievable, observed the courageous, and listened to the unbeatable stories of my co-workers and friends. For years, I was the storyteller for my wife, two daughters and friends. They all have their favorite stories, and ask for them by name. After years of asking and urging me to write them down, I did. The time was right for all to hear. From this, House of 7’s was born. Today, I live in Wisconsin with my family and dogs where the interesting and unbelievable still find me.
